About Us - History

Advanced Heating & Cooling was started in 1982 when Tim Petsche, a 3rd generation HVAC tradesman recognized a need for a customer focused HVAC company in the Treasure Valley.

Since that time, Advanced Heating & Cooling has developed as a Trane™ Comfort Specialist dealer with over 50 employees serving both residential and commercial clients.

Advanced Heating & Cooling offers Total Home Comfort systems with computerized heating and cooling load calculations for all home projects in order to customize the size and type of HVAC equipment to each client's needs and desires.

In the residential segment, we offer Trane™ heating and cooling equipment as well as Heat-N-Glo™ fireplaces. Our friendly, reliable, factory-trained comfort consultants are readily available to assist any client's needs, including financing.

For maintenance and service needs, we have 24-hour, 365-day service department coverage available for all our customers. Our service technicians can expertly diagnose corrective repairs for all brands of heating and cooling systems.
